Builds strength and confidence through martial arts, weaponry and bare-hand routines.
Introduction
Wushu is a term used to describe various traditional Chinese martial arts that are practised for self-defence, health and sport. Through wushu, which incorporates various forms of combat, acrobatics and weaponry, members develop stamina, strength, flexibility, posture and a high level of confidence. Our members learn routines and drills using weapons or with their bare hands.
