CHR Badminton aims to nurture every badminton player into well-disciplined and respectful men and women of character. Its mission is to bring out the spirit of fair play, teamwork and sportsmanship in its players.

To improve players’ psychomotor skills, fitness and agility
To forge camaraderie and build resilience in the team
To build character and confidence in players
Programme Overview
During training sessions, players work on strengthening and conditioning activities, basic and advanced drills on strokes as well as game play for competitive setting.
